First of all, check https://premier.dell.be. For storage servers, check http://www.serverdirect.nl (sto3/4 were ordered there). Supermicro are really good for storage, and support at serverdirect is quite good. e.g if you order a server for storage, zfs will be the preferred file system, so you don't need expensive RAID controllers but just HBA cards to connect the HD's (SAS).
